A solution should integrate user preferences and biometric data to recommend optimal times for tackling tasks of different difficulties throughout the day. This approach ensures tasks are aligned with individual capabilities, enhancing overall efficiency and satisfaction in task completion.

A productivity tracker which integrates chosen applications and predict your efficiency for a day or week. It considers factors like sleep, movement, set up goals and many more to give you personalised advice. Mobile app can also connect with a smartwatch for seamless tracking.

Managing one's own schedule can be challenging as it requires a balance of discipline and flexibility, recognizing that everyone has unique predispositions and time management styles. Functioning in an environment where people struggle with time management, despite the freedom it offers, made me wonder if there is a way to improve productivity through a software tool.
IDI TEST
To gather more insights, I conducted 9 interviews
(6 female, 3 male, age 24-36).
> Over 50% of participants use paper planners.
> All have tried at least one app for scheduling tasks.
> Many experience difficulties in prioritizing their goals.
> Challenging to achieve goals near menstruation period.
> There is a prevalent lack of work-life balance.
> Many suffer from sleep deprivation.
> Need for assistance in improving scheduling systems.
