Challenge

There's a gap between being a tourist and truly experiencing a place. Too many travellers leave without ever discovering the culture, people, and moments that make a destination unique.

Design

Wireframing, Visual tests, MockUps,

Conclusion

What my UX muscle gathered after designing the app and what next.

"I love using local guides because they offer a personal touch and insider knowledge. However, finding trustworthy guides can be challenging without reliable reviews."

"I travel few times per a year but next time I hope to be more organised and see more attractions"

Interviews

While traveling, I became interested in this topic and decided to interview 10 travelers (6 men and 4 women, ages 2434) I met along the way about their experiences.

Learnings

Mapping out ideas and assumptions before touching the UI turned out to be one of the most valuable parts of this project.

Around 150 wireframes later, the interface finally felt clean

and intentional.

The biggest surprise? Framer — using it for the first time added an unexpected learning curve on the presentation side.

There's still plenty to build. Next up: prototyping, animations, and the kind of large-scale testing an app like this really needs.
